Refund and Return Policy
Overview
At Ezy Dropship, we offer a 3-day refund policy. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. If it’s still missing, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to post.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@ezydropship.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
